What This Approach Offers

Our programmes are designed to respect the experience adults bring to any financial conversation — not to replace it with someone else's formula.

No Particular Agenda

We do not sell financial products. Sessions are structured to keep the conversation open rather than to steer participants toward a particular decision.

Small Groups, Honest Discussion

Programmes are kept small so that participants can speak candidly about their own situations without performance or competitive comparison.

Adult-Centred Learning

Material is written for people who have already managed money through two or three decades of life. We begin with that experience rather than setting it aside.

Patience as a Practice

Each programme is built on the idea that careful observation over time — not rapid conclusions — is how adults develop genuine financial clarity.

Grounded in Thai Context

Content draws on Thai and regional market data, local regulatory context, and the kinds of household decisions that arise in Thai family structures.

Private and Confidential

Personal documents — notes, almanacs, household reflections — remain entirely with the participant. Nothing shared in session is attributed outside it.

A Good Time to Begin Looking Carefully

If you have reached a point where you want to think more deliberately about money — without being sold to — we would be glad to have a quiet conversation about which programme might suit your situation.

Questions We Are Often Asked

Straightforward answers to the things most people want to know before joining a programme.

Who are the programmes designed for?
All three programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above who want to think more carefully about financial matters — not for people who are new to earning or spending, but for those who have managed household finances through some years of life and would like a more considered framework for looking at them.
Do I need prior financial knowledge to attend?
No. The programmes assume that you have lived with money — earned it, spent it, saved some of it, perhaps worried about it — and that this experience is itself a form of knowledge. Formal financial training is not required and does not confer an advantage in the sessions.
Will I be advised on specific investments or products?
No. Mongkol Group does not sell financial products and does not provide investment advice. The sessions are educational conversations. The aim is to help you read, reflect, and think — not to recommend particular actions. Participants should consult a licensed financial adviser for individual guidance.
How large are the programme groups?
Groups are kept to a small number — typically six to twelve participants — so that each person can contribute meaningfully to discussion and the session does not feel like a lecture. When enquiring, we will let you know the current availability for each programme.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are held at our rooms at 158 Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900. Detailed access information is shared when a place is confirmed. The venue is close to public transport and accessible by BTS and MRT.
What are the programme fees and how do I pay?
Reading What the Markets Did — ฿5,450. The Households of Friends — ฿8,600. The Patient Investor's Almanac — ฿11,500 for the full six-month cycle. Payment details are confirmed upon registration. If you have questions about fees before enquiring, please call or write to us.
Is what I share in sessions kept private?
Confidentiality is a ground rule of each session. Participants agree not to attribute anything said by others outside the group. Personal documents — including almanac notes — remain with the participant and are never reviewed by facilitators or shared in any form.
